TAP Air Portugal plans to increase its routes to the Americas for summer 2023, offering 17 additional flights for the season, the carrier announced Wednesday. The increase “will restore pre-pandemic flight levels.”

Service to the United States will increase by 10 additional flights per week in 2023, with Boston increasing to 14, Miami and Washington, D.C. each up to 10, and Chicago and San Francisco each with five.

To Brazil, the carrier will add six weekly flights, with service to São Paulo increasing to 20 flights per week, Belo Horizonte to seven, Salvador and Brasilia each with six, and Belém with four.

In addition, TAP will increase its Lisbon-Caracas, Venezuela, route to three flights per week up from two.
