You can offer yourself this simple exercise to help open your Third Eye, the seat of the “Sixth Realm.”
To begin this exercise, place the middle finger of either hand between your eyebrows. Press your finger in slightly and then trace a line straight up from the Third Eye to the Seventh (Crown) Chakra. This “opens” the energy in the Third Eye.
