Sabre has added a global travel restriction tracking tool to its SafePoint travel risk management product, the company announced. SafePoint, which monitors global events to provide alerts related to travelers’ itineraries, now provides information regarding the spread of Covid-19 and its variants including entry restrictions or requirements related to masks, vaccinations, health documents and quarantine. Sabre said the global travel restriction tracking capabilities will have uses outside of the Covid-19 pandemic as well.
