Apartment-style accommodation provider Mint House has appointed longtime industry executive Jim Mrha as its new CFO, beginning this month, the company confirmed. Mrha previously headed short-term rental company Domio, which closed late last year.

Mrha had joined Domio as CFO in March 2020 and became interim CEO in September after the company’s founding CEO and chief strategy officer resigned following an Airbnb review of the company’s practices.

Prior to his time at Domio, Mrha led the Americas finance division for Hilton Worldwide, was CFO at MGM Hospitality, and spent approximately 25 years at Marriott International, according to his LinkedIn profile and a press release at the time of his Domio appointment.

Mint House, which focuses on the business travel market, introduced an annual subscription service in March and has a partnership with American Express Global Business Travel
