Finnair this summer will launch service between Helsinki and each Milan Linate Airport and Bodø Airport in Norway, the carrier announced Tuesday, and plans to relaunch service between Helsinki and Ljubljana, Slovenia.

Finnair didn’t immediately disclose service start dates but indicated it would operate thrice-weekly service between Helsinki and Bodø. New service to Italy’s Milan Linate Airport would complement existing service to Milan Malpensa Airport, according to the carrier.

Finnair indicated it would fly to more than 50 destinations in Europe this summer and would increase service to Berlin; Copenhagen; Vilnius, Lithuania; and Riga, Latvia.

“Travel has recovered at a good pace, so we are increasing flights to popular destinations across Europe for leisure and business travelers,” Finnair chief commercial officer Ole Orvér said in a statement. “We also rescheduled a number of services—both long and short-haul—to ensure seamless connectivity for our flights to Japan to meet the increase in demand from Asia.”
