This Culturs TV Wednesday Energy Medicine Minute comes from Castle Park in Bristol, England, where Culturs expert Dondi Dahlin shares an Energy Medicine technique designed to help relieve digestive challenges.

Your small intestine organ sits in the lower abdomen, is nearly 20 feet (6 meters) long, and is responsible for approximately 90% of the digestion and absorption of the food in your body. For anyone who experiences challenges with digestion and absorption of nutrients, this exercise may be incredibly beneficial for you!

In the video below, Dondi demonstrates how to trace the small intestine meridian for better digestive health. A meridian is an energy pathway on the skin. There are 14 meridians that feed energy into the organ systems, and you can affect the energies of the organs by tracing these pathways with your hands.

To begin tracing the small intestine meridian, start at the outside tip of your baby finger. Bring your opposite hand to this area and begin tracing up the outside of the arm, up the backside of the arm, and drop back on the scapula. From here, trace up the neck to the cheek bone and then to the opening of the ear. Repeat this sequence on the opposite side. You can do this three to five times daily or as needed.

Remember to breathe deeply while you are tracing, as your breath helps to move energy too!

Dondi, her sister, Titanya Dahlin, and their mother, Donna Eden, are Culturs experts who perform Energy Minutes all around the world to bring health and healing to the Culturs TV audience. Please note the Eden Energy Medicine disclaimer by clicking here.
