The city’s newest cannabis store is a family affair as a mother and daughter opened up shop after searching high and low for a place to grow.

Susan Yu and her mom, Ling Zhang, opened Bud Timez in the first week of February on Wellington Street in central Barrie.

Yu told BarrieToday they left their previous home city to do so.
