Concur is adding Amtrak to its TripLink direct-booking capture platform, giving travel managers visibility to their travelers’ bookings made via Amtrak’s website and app, the company announced. Travelers also will be able to link their Amtrak Guest Rewards account to their SAP Concur profile. Concur reports that more than 14,000 companies and more than 11 million business travel are current users of the TripLink platform.
