Beginning Dec. 21, 2023, American Airlines will launch a new daily seasonal route between Los Angeles and Auckland, New Zealand, the carrier announced Monday. The flight will operate until March 3, 2024, and use Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft. This route will be the second to Auckland for American, adding to service from Dallas/Fort Worth, which it launched in late 2022, according to the carrier.
