With precautionary measures being undertaken amid the rising cases of COVID-19, celebrities along with common people stayed at home and celebrated the festival of Holi. Every year, the Bachchan family gives a glimpse into their Holi celebrations held at their bungalow Jalsa in Mumbai. This year, it was a low-key affair that led Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan to share throwback moments from their previous years’ celebrations.

However, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan shared a few photos of daughter Aaradhya Bachchan celebrating the festival of colours among herself. The actor even shared the photo of a bonfire taken during Holika Dahan. Not just that, with her photos, Aishwarya gave a sneak-peek of the abode Jalsa to her fans on Instagram.

While sharing the post, the former beauty queen wrote, “Happiness, peace, good health and lots of love always. Happy Holi.”

Meanwhile, Abhishek had shared a throwback photo with Aishwarya and Aaradhya with a caption stating, “A throwback to safer and more carefree times. Happy Holi everyone. Please celebrate this most beautiful festival but from the safety of your homes. The number of Covid-19 cases is on the rise and we have to remain disciplined. Stay home, eat gujjias, take the blessings of your parents and take care of your family. #MyGirls.”

On the work front, Aishwarya will next be seen in Mani Ratnam’s Ponniyin Selvan for which she has been shooting in Hyderabad. The multi-starrer film’s shoot is underway and the release date is yet to be announced.
