Wyndham Hotels & Resorts plans to open 20 new midscale Microtel by Wyndham hotels in Greater China by the end of 2022, the company announced. The brand currently represents six properties in Greater China in Hangzhou, Hefei, Guiyang, Lijiang, Tianjin and Kunming, which opened in August. Slated future openings include Huangshan in the third quarter of 2021, Changsha in the first quarter of 2022, Qingdao and Fushou.
