United Airlines will increase service to London next month to a total of six daily flights, the carrier announced.

The increase includes a second daily flight from Washington, D.C., and bumping up current service from Houston to daily. Further expansion will follow in the coming months, including new nonstop service from Boston, according to United.

United’s announcement coincides with the announcement from U.K. government officials that fully vaccinated U.S. travelers can visit England without quarantine beginning Aug. 2. In addition to being fully vaccinated with a vaccine approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, travelers will need to take a PCR test for Covid-19 both prior to departure and within the first two days of arrival.
