India fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah had recently tied the knot with sports anchor Sanjana Ganesan. The two had entered wedlock last month in Goa and had shared the news about the same on social media. 

After managing to keep their entire relationship a secret, fans came to know about it only after the two announced the news of their wedding. So now with the wedding now done and dusted and all aware of their relationship, Bumrah and Ganesan are now not shying away from engaging in loved-up conversation on social media. 

Recently Sanjana took to Instagram to share a throwback picture and captioned it: “Memories worth a lifetime & then some.”

Bumrah soon took notice of the post and decided to have some fun. The India pace spearhead commented: “The person clicking the picture is really good.” 

The reply was later followed by an adorable response from Sanjana as she revealed the name of the photographer by writing: “That’s why I married him.”

As far as cricket is concerned, Bumrah had not played any competitive game since being released for his wedding just ahead of the fourth Test against England. 

The right-arm pacer later even missed the T20I and ODI series too. Sanjana, on the other hand, had returned to the studio during the ODI series. Bumrah will be seen back in action when the IPL 2021 gets underway from April 9.

As for the IPL 2021, the opener will be between Mumbai Indians (MI) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB). The right-arm pacer has always been the main bowler for MI and would be eyeing another successful season.
