Annual fee: There is a $250 annual fee for the Delta SkyMiles Platinum Business American Express Card. The Delta SkyMiles Gold Business American Express Card has a $0 introductory annual fee for the first year, then $99.

Rewards: The Delta SkyMiles Platinum Business American Express Card offers 3 miles per dollar on eligible purchases made directly with Delta and on eligible purchases made directly with hotels and 1 mile per dollar on all other purchases.
