JetBlue has promoted Dave Clark to head of revenue and planning, reporting to president and COO Joanna Geraghty, effective immediately, the airline announced Wednesday. He will replace Scott Laurence, who is leaving JetBlue after 14 years with the airline.

Clark since February 2017 had served as JetBlue VP of sales and revenue management, a role that included distribution and corporate sales.

In his new role, Clark will continue to oversee corporate sales, along with network strategy, operational planning and analysis, sales and revenue management, and operational engineering and manpower planning. He also will manage JetBlue’s airline partnership portfolio—including the Northeast Alliance with American Airlines, which prompted a lawsuit from the U.S. Department of Justice and seven state attorneys general. The parties agreed to a proposed trial date to begin in September 2022.

Prior to joining JetBlue in May 2009, Clark was a project leader in the Boston Consulting Group’s travel and tourism practice.
