Texas-based furnished property management company The Guild has acquired CREA Management LLC, the property management division of Cypress Real Estate Advisors, the companies announced. 

The Guild supplies touchless access to services and amenities through a proprietary platform and markets to business travelers, group meetings and corporate housing. 

The acquisition adds more than 5,000 units to The Guild’s previous 2,000-unit portfolio. 

Prior to the acquisition, The Guild’s units were concentrated in Denver, Miami, Cincinnati, Austin, Dallas, San Antonio and Bay Harbor, Fla. It now plans to expand to 10,000 units in the top 25 U.S. markets—including Atlanta, Boston, Los Angeles, Nashville, New Orleans, Philadelphia and Washington, D.C.—by the end of 2023.
