Etherio Group has acquired meeting and event management firm Meeting Expectations, joining Etherio Group’s MeetingAdvice and Global Meetings and Incentives brands, the company announced Tuesday. Meeting Expectations president Jalene Bermudez, who founded the Atlanta-headquartered company in 1992, will become a part of Etherio Group’s leadership team. 

Subsidiaries of the Etherio Group, formed last January with Eric Altschul as CEO, include ABC Global Services, which focuses on hotel consortia programs, and CCRA International, which also offers a corporate transient program and an air program.
