Owing to the surge in COVID-19 cases across the state, the Government of Maharashtra announced several new restrictions to curb the spread of the deadly virus. This came along with the imposition of Section 144 which has now put film shoots on hold. Among these films are Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Pathan’, Salman Khan starrer ‘Tiger 3 and Prabhas’s next ‘Adipurush’. Reportedly, SRK and the team had a break scheduled for April 13 and 14, but with the new guidelines and news, the shoot has been put on hold for the time being. On the other hand, sources revealed that Salman and his ‘Tiger’ team were shooting portions of the film with only a limited crew.

Ranveer Singh announced his next collaboration with ace Tamil filmmaker, Shankar. The actor is all set to team up with the director for the official Hindi adaptation of his 2005 Tamil blockbuster “Anniyan” starring Vikram in the lead. Making the big announcement, the actor said in a statement, “I had always hoped and dreamed that I would get a chance to collaborate with him, and I have a strong feeling that we will create magic together.”

Huma Qureshi dropped the trailer of her Hollywood debut film ‘Army of the Dead’ today. Collaborating with filmmaker Zack Snyder, the trailer grabbed everyone’s attention. Needlesss to say, soon after she shared it on social media, fans and celebs including Bhumi Pednekar, Akansha Ranjan, Farah Khan, and many others flooded her comments section with best wishes and love.

Alia Bhatt has now tested negative for COVID-19. After spending a whole two weeks in lockdown, the actress today announced that she was finally free from the virus. “The only time being negative is a good thing,” Alia penned in her latest post.

Nick Jonas spilled the tea and revealed that the source of a lot of his writing, if not all was his wife, Priyanka Chopra. He confessed that PeeCee was ‘omnipresent’ for him and that she is his muse. He further went on to gush about how fortunate he feels to have her in his life.

Rumours of Malaika Arora and Arjun Kapoor’s possible engagement spread like wildfire among fans when a picture of Malaika flaunting some bling on her ring finger went viral. However, the actress was simply promoting a jewellery brand. Although, it had everyone thinking if the couple is finally ready to take their relationship to the next level.
