Blacklane has raised €22 million (US$26 million) from existing shareholders, the company announced Wednesday. The global chauffeur service intends to use the new funds to support expansion into new city pairs in the U.S. and abroad, grow its new chauffeur-hailing service and invest in sustainability initiatives, such as offsetting its pre-2017 carbon emissions and incentivizing chauffeur partners to utilize electric vehicles, according to Blacklane.
