Event planning platform Bizzabo hired industry veteran Tim Bull as its first VP of sales for Europe, the Middle East and Africa to lead its operations and oversee expansion across Europe, the company announced.
Bull most recently was managing director of sales for EMEA and the Asia-Pacific region at Aventri, and prior was director of sales at Lanyon, which is now owned by Cvent and named Cvent Business Transient.
Bizzabo raised $138 million in a Series E round in December 2020, and in early June made its first two acquisitions, of X.ai and Whalebone.
The company also has opened a new office in London, its fourth, joining locations in New York, Tel Aviv and Kyiv.
