BCCI President Sourav Ganguly isn’t entering the politics anytime soon, however, the former Indian skipper hasn’t ruled out the possibility. The speculations about him jumping on to the political bandwagon were rife but Ganguly has denied the rumours time and again.

Ahead of the West Bengal state elections, there were many reports that both Trinamool Congress (TMC) and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) had approached the 48-year old but it proved to be untrue. But, the left-handed batsman talking the same said that he will take life as it comes.

In a media interview, Ganguly said, “We’ll see where life goes. We’ll see what happens.”

Ganguly, who enjoys a massive fanbase all over the country but especially West Bengal added that he was fortunate to get that much attention. He added that he has led a normal life in Kolkata and will keep doing that, meet people and spend time with them and just go about his job.

Ganguly, on Monday, also announced that the final of the World Test Championship (WTC) will take place at the Ageas Bowl in Southampton and not the Lord’s.
