Young Thug is the king of the Hot 100 this week, as he fills eight spots on the tally, with most of his current smashes coming from his latest chart-topping full-length. As the rapper rules, several other stars reach new heights with their latest cuts, and one of the biggest pop stars on the planet returns as her new single launches.

Here’s a look at five of the most important moves on this week’s Hot 100 singles chart.

No. 12 – Young Thug, Young Stoner Life And Gunna – “Solid (ft. Drake)”

As Young Thug and his Young Stoner Life collective debut their new album Slime Language 2 at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, seven songs from the project reach the Hot 100. All seven of them credit Gunna, who is also named on the album as well.

Joining Young Thug, Gunna and the entire YSL team in their sweep of the Hot 100 this week are fellow hip-hop stars like Drake, Travis Scott and many others, with a handful of musicians hitting the chart for the first time.

No. 20 – Giveon – “Heartbreak Anniversary”

Already a huge global hit, Giveon’s “Heartbreak Anniversary” continues its ascent in the U.S. this week, rising to a new high of No. 20. As his initial breakout smash on his own has been climbing the Hot 100, Giveon scored his first-ever No. 1 smash on the tally as a featured act on Justin Bieber’s “Peaches,” which debuted atop the list a short time ago.
