Accommodation booking and management tool 3Sixty has created a direct API to hotel distribution platform Hotelbeds through a new partnership, enabling booking for clients of more than 300,000 hotels, the companies announced Wednesday. 

The collaboration diversifies 3Sixty’s network of “one million ‘alternative accommodation’ options such as serviced apartments and aparthotels,” the company said. 

“As market demand for business travel and relocation is rising, we’re actively widening our supply network to meet increasing demand,” 3Sixty chief revenue office Carrie Hartman said in a statement. 

Spain-based Hotelbeds said the partnership highlights its interest in the corporate travel sector. 

“As we look to increase our footprint in new business segments, it’s important for Hotelbeds to align with partners that have the same vision and core values,” Hotelbeds strategic partnerships Matt Ellis added in a statement.
